Reservations are offered by appointment only. We kindly request that you provide us with a least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. For your convenience, cancellations can easily be made by calling or texting the salon, and online. All cancellations or rescheduling (for illnesses, work, etc.) not canceled within 24 hours will be responsible for 50% of the booked services. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the requested service. If our schedule permits, same day rescheduling is allowed without added fees. KLIPZ SALON is following guidelines to protect against the spread of COVID-19. Masks are optional but are required if you're experiencing cold-like symptoms. Prices are subject to change without notice. There are no refunds on any services, however we will do our best to address any concerns regarding your service.
